After graduating with a degree in Management and Information Systems from Ball State University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University, Tony spent almost a decade solving the technical woes of a global pharmaceutical company and learning the finer details of management at a computer reseller and systems integration firm. In 1995, Tony stepped out on his own, founding Accelerate because he had a crazy notion: What might happen if an IT service provider actually made it his business to make clients succeed at their own businesses? Over 25 years later, hundreds of Tony’s clients have discovered the answer, as he has helped them use technology to grow innovative and influential companies.
Director of Sales
Sally knows how complicated the IT world can get, so she’s come to think of herself as a client advocate more than anything else – working to develop solutions that make clients happy and actually work within each client’s unique business needs.
When she isn’t at work answering to the title Director of Sales, she finds herself partnering with charities and organizations like the Cicero Christian Church, the American Legion Auxiliary, Second Helpings, the Julian Center, and Dress for Success.
Director of Sales
With an undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA from Indiana University, Mike began his technology career at IBM, where he worked in a variety of sales and management positions in Indianapolis and Atlanta, GA. After 15 years, Mike joined Data Processing Services, a local software development and consulting firm, as Vice President of Operations, where he managed software support and professional services for five years. He moved on to Herff Jones as Senior IT Director with responsibility for the Yearbook Division, including development of an award-winning platform for yearbook creation and publishing for schools, and later to Stratosphere Quality as Vice President of Information Technology and Innovation.
Since joining Accelerate in 2020, Mike has offered insights into business leadership and project delivery. He has responsibility for the security strategy and portfolio to keep Accelerate clients up to date on the latest cybersecurity technology to facilitate operating their businesses at the highest level of protection available.
When not at work, Mike enjoys spending time with his grandchildren, staying fit on his bicycle and walking his dog. Mike is also very involved with his parish youth group as a small group leader and mentor. Mike has been seen in the parish kitchen many times preparing delicious meals for youth group retreats and fund-raisers! He and his wife reside on the Northwest side of Indianapolis.
Mary Fritz is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Indiana. A Purdue Boilermaker twice over, Mary has a MS in Accounting and a BS double majored in Accounting and Management from Purdue University. Mary started her career at the world’s largest professional services firm assisting clients with their global employment challenges including expatriate taxation and consulting services.
Mary currently serves Accelerate as Controller overseeing all accounting operations, procurement processes, and human resources needs.
Outside of the office, Mary spends her time serving her community through the local church, traveling to broaden her cultural experiences, and adventuring through nature. Mary is the Secretary and the Board Development Chairwoman for LYN House, a nonprofit organization on the Near East Side of Indianapolis.
Director of Technical Services
Scott started his career in information technology in 2001 after successfully acquiring an undergraduate degree with a focus in networking. With over 20 years of industry experience and 15 of those in management serving as a CIO, Scott currently leads the Accelerate technical team and understands the impact technology can have in business. He remains committed to growth and dedicated to taking companies to the next level with innovative solutions.
In 2019, Scott established and currently manages a nonprofit baseball league for his local community. He also serves as a member of the board for his local nonprofit football league. Passionate about coaching, Scott spends a majority of his time outside the office coaching his 4 sons. When he’s not in the office or on a baseball field you will find him camping, fishing, or just spending time in the outdoors with his family.
